<p>PURPOSE: A display device is provided to suppress the short circuit between adjacent lines even when undesired particles is arranged in area for adjacent wires. CONSTITUTION: In a display device, an insulating layer is arranged on a substrate, and it includes a surface which is separated from a substrate and a step-height which is recessed from the surface. A first wiring is located on the surface of the insulating layer. A second wiring is formed with same material of the first wiring and is formed in the step-height to form a step-height from the first wiring. A source electrode includes a thin film transistor receiving a signal from a second wiring, and it is extended from the second wiring of the thin film transistor and be arranged in the insulating layer.</p> |
