<p>PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for transferring a pattern, a electromagnetic-shielding sheet, a display panel, a solar cell, a thin film transistor, a printed circuits board, a antenna applying thereof are provided to secure the obvious boundary of transferred pattern on a substrate by transferring a material of a solid-state on the substrate through a laser beam. CONSTITUTION: In a method and an apparatus for transferring a pattern, a electromagnetic-shielding sheet, a display panel, a solar cell, a thin film transistor, a printed circuits board, a antenna applying thereof, a flexible material is poured on the surface of a master mold having a plurality of pattern grooves thereon and is hardened(S100). The hardened flexible material is detached form the master mold to form a flexible mold having a plurality of pattern grooves therein(S200). A transfer material is filled into the pattern grooves(S300). The transfer material is hardened to be a solid-state(S400). The transfer material and a substrate are faced with each other and are pressed, and a laser beam is projected in substrate direction from the flexible mold or in flexible mold direction from the substrate to transfer the hardened transfer material to the substrate(S500).</p> |
