PURPOSE: A complex power generator is provided to improve generation capacity and efficiency through complex generation using both tidal power and wave force. CONSTITUTION: A complex power generator comprises a first support column(22), a first piezoelectric element, a float(26), a first pressure bar(28), a base frame(32), a second support column(34), a second piezoelectric element, a slider(38), and a second pressure bar(39). The first piezoelectric element is installed inside the first support column and generates electricity. The float is installed on the top of the first support column. The first pressure bar presses the first piezoelectric element according to the movement of the float by tidal power. The base frame is connected to the first support column and formed with a guide rail(31) on a bottom part(32b). The second support column is installed in the base frame and located to be parallel with the top of the bottom part. The second piezoelectric element is installed inside the second support column and generates electricity. The slider is coupled to the bottom part and slid along the guide rail. The second pressure bar presses the second piezoelectric element according to the movement of the slider by wave force.
