<p>Exercise apparatus 10 comprises a main part 12 having a weight providing portion 14. The main part defines first and second receiving formations 16, 18 to receive a part of a limb of a user. The main part 12 may be generally spheroidal in shape. An upper portion 15 of the main part 12 may include first and second receiving formations 16 and 18 configured to receive a respective one of the user's feet. Straps 20 and 22 may be provided to hold the user's feet in the receiving formations during exercise of the user's legs. The apparatus may further include first and second grip members in the form of handles 26 and 28 to allow the user to grip the exercise apparatus in the user's hands during exercise of the user's arms. The weight of the main part may be in the range of 1 kg to 20 kg.</p> |
