PURPOSE: A variable packing box is provided to adjust the inner dimension of the box by the volume of contents, and to prevent the movement of the contents inside the box. CONSTITUTION: A variable packing box(100) includes an inner box, an outer box, and a backward motion preventing unit(30). The inner box(10) includes an inner opening on one side. The outer box includes an outer opening connected to the inner opening, and surrounds one side of the inner box. The backward motion preventing unit is formed on either the inner box or the outer box for preventing the sliding of the inner box after inserted into the outer box.
