摘要 本实用新型涉及螺杆压缩机转子技术领域,具体地说是一种高精度螺旋主机转子,包括公转子、母转子,公转子和母转子的齿廓为双边非对称转子型线,组成曲线为圆弧及其包络线,其特征在于:公转子、母转子的转子齿数比为5:6,公、母转子的齿廓空间轭合间隙为0.02~0.04mm。本实用新型同现有技术相比,相邻两端组成齿廓的曲线在连接处采用切线斜率过渡,空间曲面接触线短,封闭容积小有利于压力油膜形成,能够消除加工尖点、重复点和间断点,形成光滑过渡;有效减小动力损失并提供了高效密封带,齿间面积利用率高,呈流线型,气动阻力小,可以获得较高的效率。
