The fastening device (1) has two pulleys (4) and a rotating band (6), where the pulleys are fixed at a wall or at a load element of a multi-parts window shutter. The rotating band is connected with the window shutter. A sliding block is formed in an oblong hole (16) with a locking screw (13) in a screwing manner. The locking screw is available at an upper side of a holder (12). The oblong hole is extended parallel to a rotating axis (3) of a hinge (5). The oblong hole is arranged in the holder.
