ROOM TEMPERATURE CURING SURFACE COATING AND NON-SLIP SURFACE COATING AGENTS, AND COATING METHOD USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A room temperature-curable surface coating agent, a non-slip surface coating agent, and a coating method using the same are provided to ensure fast curing time and excellent abrasion resistance, hardness, transparency and adhesive force. CONSTITUTION: A room temperature-curable surface coating agent comprises: 20~50 parts by weight of an organic silicone compound consisting of organoalkoxysilane represented by R_m Si(OR)_3-m(R is C1~20 alkyl group and m is an integer of 0~3) and polyalkoxysiloxane represented by RO-[Si(OR)2O]n-R(R is C1~4 alkyl group and n is an integer of 2~10) in a weight ratio of 1:1; 10~25 parts by weight of an epoxy-modified silane compound having a functional group capable of hydrolysis-condensing the organoalkoxysilane and polyalkoxysiloxane; 10~25 parts by weight of an epoxy resin; 0.1~5 parts by weight of a condensation catalyst; 0.1~5 parts by weight of a hardener; 0.1~2 parts by weight of a hydrolysis catalyst; 10~25 parts by weight of organic solvent; and 1~10 parts by weight of water.
