A FREEZING BURST PREVENTION SYSTEM FOR HEAT EXCHANGER AND A METHOD OF CONTROLLING FOR THE SAME

PURPOSE: A freezing burst prevention system of a heat exchanger and a control method thereof are provided to minimize the damage caused by freezing and to prevent effectively being frozen to burst. CONSTITUTION: A freezing burst prevention system(1) of a heat exchanger comprises: a heat exchanger(2) transferring heat between water and air, and including a plural tubes(21) having a flow path to circulate water and plural pins(22) to penetrate the tubes successively; and a freezing burst prevention unit(3) emitting heat toward the water to prevent water inside the heat exchanger from freezing and located on the lowermost end of the heat exchanger.
