PURPOSE: A solar cell is provided to enhance efficiency by increasing an amount of charges transmitted from a substrate to an electrode and then increasing the transmission efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of emitters, connected to a substrate, have the first conductive types and the second conductive types. A plurality of back surface electric field parts, connected to the substrate, have the first conductive type. The protective film, positioned over the emitters and the back surface electric field parts, arrange the first openings exposing a part of each emitter and the second openings exposing a part of each back surface electric field part. The first electrodes(141) are connected to a plurality of emitters exposed via the first openings. The second electrodes(142) are connected to a plurality of back surface field parts exposed via the second openings. At least one among the first openings and the second openings has a triangular shape. |
