PURPOSE: A picking and placing system of a saw singulation handler is provided to use nine pickers to the maximum by one equipment, thereby picking nine sawn semiconductor materials up at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A picker unit(100) includes pickers to suction sawn semiconductor materials. A picker interval adjusting unit(200) adjusts intervals between the pickers. A sensor senses that pickers are not returned. A placing unit(300) selectively drops the pickers.
