PURPOSE: A hydraulic stopper mounted shock absorber is provided to lessen the impact by back pressure occurring when a stopper becomes more distant from a road guide. CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic stopper mounted shock absorber(100) includes a stopper(70) having a penetration hole(71), a rod guide(60) having a concave portion(61) to insert the stopper, and a disk type member(72) inserted to a piston rod(40) to cover the penetration hole of the stopper, wherein the disk type member makes the flow of fluids through the penetration hole possible only when the stopper advances to be more distant from the rod guide.
