Class 142(4) [Also in Groups VIII and XXX] A conveyer belt for hot bread consists of a multiply fabric having spaced longitudinal ribs on one surface formed by pairs of thick polyester warp threads; the weft and the remainder of the warp is of cotton. The ribs keep the loaves or loaf tins out of contact with the cotton. The belt may be impregnated with boiled linseed oil; alternatively, the ribbed surface at least, may be coated with a solution of polyamide. |
