PURPOSE: An electronic paper panel of a display apparatus and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to install an electronic paper film and a driving chip in one substrate. CONSTITUTION: An electronic paper panel of a display apparatus comprises a flexible substrate which is located on the base layer, an electronic paper film which is attached on the front surface of the flexible substrate, and a driving chip which is arranged on the lower part of the flexible substrate. The flexible substrate includes a segment electrode, a wiring layer which is electrically connected with the segment electrode, and a pad part which is electrically connected with the wiring layer.
