PURPOSE: A DCAS is provided to facilitate the setup, change, and update of each DCAS module to improve the degree of the utilization and freedom of the DCAS. CONSTITUTION: A RTOS(RealTime Operating System) layer(370) is designed for a realtime application to be operated. A broadcasting middleware layer(350) relays communication between the realtime OS layer and a broadcasting application. A DCAS(Downloadable Conditional Access System) integration module examines the reception qualification of broadcasting data and manages a conditional access software through communication with a broadcasting middleware.
