PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a printing ink is provided to prevent the blockage of a print head as ions and metal salts in water is crystallized through an ionic bond and to solve the degradation of the concentration of dyes by the precipitation of metal salts. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a printing ink comprises: removing foreign materials from crude water through a first filter; removing sodium, calcium, and magnesium by treating the first-treated water with a second filter and repeating the treatment until salts are 30 ppm or less; mixing dyes and sofinol as a sequestering agent to form a salt solution and treating the salt solution with a 1.0-micron filter to remove various ions; and vacuum filtering the ink. |
