PURPOSE: A grain puffing apparatus is provided to uniformly maintain the elevation speed of a pressurizing cover, and to control the pressurizing time(grain puffing time). CONSTITUTION: A grain puffing apparatus includes an operation rod, a pressurizing cover, an elevating drive unit, and an operating cam location detecting unit. The operation rod is elasticity-biased to the direction rising on an autoclave. The pressurizing cover(120) pressurizes the autoclave(110) for applying the predetermined pressure. The elevating drive unit(210) is installed on a main body(100) for offering the torque. The operating cam location detecting unit detects the rotational location of an operating cam. |
