PURPOSE: A producing method of salting liquid for dried yellow corvina, and a processing method of the dried yellow corvina using thereof are provided to improve the taste of the dried yellow corvina. CONSTITUTION: A processing method of dried yellow corvina using salting liquid comprises the following steps: dipping yellow corvina into the salting liquid containing salt water, astragali radix concentrate, and glycyrrhizae radix concentrate for the predetermined time(S20); drying the yellow corvina at 30~40deg C for 1~2hours(S30); and vacuum packing the dried yellow corvina(S40). The salinity of the salt water is 6~8%. |
