摘要

PURPOSE: An active layer composite for an organic solar cell, an organic solar cell manufacturing method using the same and the organic solar cell thereby are provided to enhance electron mobility by adding a triphenylamine derivative to an mixed composite. CONSTITUTION: A bottom electrode layer is formed on a substrate. A hole transport layer is formed on the bottom electrode layer. The active layer more than one kind is formed on the hole transport layer. An upper electrode layer is formed on the active layer. The active layer is made of the electron donor material, the electron acceptor material and the triphenylamine derivative.
