PURPOSE: A shoe sole is provided to enable a user to have a mountain climbing effect by changing the height of the front of the shoe sole. CONSTITUTION: A shoe sole is constituted as follows. The thickness difference of the front part and rear part of the shoe sole of footwear is 0.01-15.0cm. A joint part becomes a shaft that connects toes to a foot. The thickness of the front part and rear part can be changed at a constant interval.
