PURPOSE: A navigation apparatus and method are provided to extract information included in characters/voice messages input through natural-language processing and search information including the extracted information from pre-stored information. CONSTITUTION: A navigation method comprises steps of: executing natural-language processing on an input message(S120), searching information included in the natural-language processing result from pre-stored information(S130), and displaying the information included in the search result on a display unit(S140).
