ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DISPLAY DEVICE

PURPOSE: A organic light emitting display device is provided to prevent transmitted images from being distorted by checking scattering of transmitted light. CONSTITUTION: A substrate divides plural pixel regions between transmission regions. A thin film transistor(TR1) is formed at the pixel region on the firsts side of the substrate. A passivation film(218) covers the thin film transistor. The pixel electrode(221) is formed on the passivation film in order to be electrically connected to the thin film transistor, is located in the pixel region and is overlapped with the thin film transistor for covering the thin film transistor. An opposite electrode(222) faces the pixel electrode and makes light transmission possible. An organic light emitting layer(223), located between the pixel electrode and the opposite electrode, emits light.
