PURPOSE: A dried laver composition containing vitamins, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer the flavor and the functionality of the vitamins and citric acid to dried laver. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a dried laver composition containing vitamins comprises the following steps: selecting ingredients including dried laver, the vitamins, beans, yacon powder, citric acid, iodine, powdered milk, mucous salt, stevioside, and ethanol(1); setting the mixture rate for the composition with an ethanol mucous salt mixture(2); grinding the beans(3); preparing the mucous salt(3); producing the ethanol mucous salt mixture(5); aging the ethanol mucous salt mixture in a heating container(6); coating the dried laver with the ethanol mucous salt mixture(7); cutting the obtained dried laver composition(8); and packing the dried laver composition(9).
