PURPOSE: An adhesive tape for surface protection is provided to ensure excellent initial strippability, time-course strippability, and residual strippability as well as a reflective appearance property. CONSTITUTION: In an adhesive tape for surface protection, an adhesive layer is laminated to one side of a polyolefin film base material layer and a release treatment layer is laminated to the other side thereof. The release treatment layer is adhesives including an acrylate-silicone copolymer, hardener and catalyst. The acrylate-silicone copolymer is obtained by polymerizing 45~87 weight% of an acrylate monomer, 10~40 weight% of an acrylate monomer having a siloxane group, and 3~15 weight% of a monomer containing a cross-linkable functional group.
