<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that a color master batch for the color molding of a film or sheet becomes ordered production in a master batch maker because a color is usually designated by a customer and cost reduction is difficult and, therefore, a quantitative supply system separate from the pulverization of a master batch and a molding material resin is proposed for the purpose of base coloration but the supply accuracy to an extruder and uniform mixing are not improved and the color/density irregularity of molded article is not avoided. SOLUTION: In manufacturing a molded article by using a miniature pellet- like additive-containing master batch of which the volume is about 1/10 or less as compared with natural resin pellets and the particle size is 0.5-1.5 mm and quantitatively supplying the master batch and the natural resin pellets to the material supply ports of separate molding machines, the master batch is preliminarity subjected to antistatic treatment and the lower end of a supply conduit of the master batch is set to a height position being 5-15% of the diameter of the conduit above a screw.</p> |
