PURPOSE: A bottle including a cap is provided to enable a user to easily use a cup inserted into the cap after opening the cap and unfolding the folded cup. CONSTITUTION: A bottle including a cap combined with a folded cup comprises a bottle cap unit, a cup forming member, a protrusion, and a recess unit. The bottle cap unit(10) opens and closes the cap including a screw thread unit by rotating. The cup forming member(20) is expanded to multiple parts from the bottle cap unit when the bottle cap is separated from the upper circumference of the bottle, and forms a cup shape. The protrusion has the semispherical form installed on the outer circumference of the cap. The recess unit combines with the protrusion.
