PURPOSE: A ceiling light module provided with a vent and a sprinkler is provided to perform work quickly by installing to a ceiling collectively after wiring work, duct work and piping work, and to improve the appearance of the ceiling of an indoor space by installing a ceiling lamp, a vent and a sprinkler in one module and finishing the remaining space with a ceiling panel. CONSTITUTION: A ceiling light module provided with a vent and a sprinkler comprises: a frame(10) provided with a lamp mount(11), an air vent mount(12) and a sprinkler mount(13), and attached to a bracket installed to hang on the ceiling; a lamp portion(20) installed to the lamp mount of the frame and attached with a lamp(21); an air vent(30) installed to the air vent mount to guide the flow of air and connected to a duct; and a sprinkler portion(40) installed to the sprinkler mount and connected to a water supply pipe to spray fire-fighting water to an indoor space.
