PURPOSE: Garlic aged pork with an improved taste and flavor and a producing method thereof are provided to remove the unique smell of the pork using the flavor of garlic. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of garlic aged pork comprises the following steps: cutting pork(10) into a predetermined thickness and crushing fresh garlic to obtain garlic powder(20); scoring one side of the pork; sprinkling the garlic powder into the scored cuts(11) formed on the pork; and low temperature aging the pork. |
