CONSTITUTION: A waist training apparatus of fluid self-control type comprises a body part, a rotation part, and a clench of fluid self-control type. The body part(110) having a fixation frame for fastening a user. The rotation part(120) having a handle which is able to apply a force by gripping. The clench(130) controls the rotation of the rotation part. A support frame supports the rotation part and the clench.
