PURPOSE: An artificial cultivation method of nostoc commune is provided to offer the optimum cultivation condition for cultivating the nostoc commune for mass-producing the nostoc commune. CONSTITUTION: An artificial cultivation method of nostoc commune comprises the following steps: mixing 100parst of clay soil by weight, with 80~120parts of one material by weight selected from phyllite, dolomite, limestone, amphibole, forsterite, pyroxene rocks, feldspar rocks, mica rocks, pearlite, granite, rhyolite based pumice, quartz andesite based pumice, pegmatite, or pearlite, and forming a bed soil layer with the mixture; planting the nostoc commune on the bed soil layer; and spraying processing water containing a fertilizer with nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, silicon, calcium, magnesium, and other materials.
