PURPOSE: A heat insulation cover for a baby carriage is provided to be cost-efficiently manufactured using a lightweight polyester fabric and a zipper. CONSTITUTION: A heat insulation cover for a baby carriage comprises a zipper and a polyester fabric(3). The cover is composed of an outer cover and an inner cover. The outer cover comprises a Velcro member(1) which can be attached on the inner cover. The zipper is installed in the edge of the cover. When a baby carriage is not used, the cover can be folded.
