MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY SPECIFIC TO HUMAN DCC1, AND USES THEREOF

PURPOSE: A human DCC1(defective in sister chromatid cohesion 1 homolog)-specific monoclonal antibody is provided to diagnose colorectal cancer and to identify DCC1 molecular physiological function. CONSTITUTION: A monoclonal antibody having human DCC1 specificity is prepared by hybridoma cell(deposit number: KCTC 11611BP). A composition for diagnosing colorectal cancer contains the monoclonal antibody. A kit for diagnosing colorectal cancer contains the composition. A protein chip for diagnosing colorectal cancer contains the monoclonal antibody. The monoclonal antibody is arranged on the predetermined site on a substrate and is fixed in high density.
