PURPOSE: A heating elastic pad is provided to make the temperature distribution uniform in the local region of adhered side by integrating the heater outside of the net type which is impregnated to an elastic resin layer. CONSTITUTION: A warp yarn(1) is opened to top and bottom group by the opening movement of a weaving machine. A carrier(4) inserts a weft thread(2) into the opened warp yarn by moving. The fabric is formed by successive body needle motion. The warp yarn of fabric is crossed with the weft thread. The weft thread is covered by coated thread.
