PURPOSE: A battery cover added portable terminal case assembly is provided to make interval between an antenna and a mainboard inside a portable terminal distant to minimize the noise and improve the transceiving performance of the antenna. CONSTITUTION: A portable terminal case(110) is composed of a front case(111) and a rear case(112). A battery cover(120) is combined to the rear case in order to be attachable and detachable to the rear case. The battery cover protects a battery(B1) built-in in the portable terminal case. A conductive hinge shaft(130) is prepared in one side of the battery cover and is electrically connected to the mainboard of the portable terminal. A stand(140) makes the portable terminal upright.
