PURPOSE: A waist training apparatus of fluid self-control type is provided to freely move arms and to ensure easy picking up. CONSTITUTION: A waist training apparatus of fluid self-control type comprises a body part, a rotation part, a clench of fluid self-control type, and a voltage generator. The body part has fixation frame for fixing user's shoulder, head, and chest. The rotation body has first and second rotation frames. The clench(130) of fluid self-control type controls the rotation of the rotation part. The voltage generator forms a voltage to a magneto fluid cylinder.
