PURPOSE: A performance measuring device of a heat exchanger for a reforming device is provided to very precisely and easily perform performance evaluation of a heat exchanger, such as analysis of thermal characteristic and measuring of heat flux, through measured temperature and pressure. CONSTITUTION: A performance measuring device of a heat exchanger for a reforming device comprises a base plate, heat exchange plates, a reforming fuel channel, a combustion gas channel, a reforming fuel supply unit, a combustion gas supply unit, a first entrance pressure sensor(100a), a first entrance temperature sensor(100b), a first exit temperature sensor(100c), a second entrance pressure sensor(100c), a second entrance temperature sensor(100e) and a second exit pressure sensor(100f). The heat exchange plates are arranged between the base plate and a cover at regular intervals.
