PURPOSE: An air shut off valve apparatus for fuel cell vehicles is provided to prevent the inflow of moisture to an opening and a disc and to minimize the area where the moisture is frozen in the opening and disc. CONSTITUTION: An air shut off valve apparatus for fuel cell vehicles comprises: a body(2) including an opening(20) through which the air passes through; a shaft(42) which is coupled to the opening by crossing the center of the opening and enables right and left rotation; a disc(41) which is installed in the shaft inside the opening and controls the opening degree; and a driving unit for controlling the opening and shutting of the disc by rotating the shaft. The opening has an annular projection(21) stepped at the central part with the diameter smaller than the upper and lower inner circumferences.
