PURPOSE: A composition containing silk amino acids and tyrosine is provided to enhance metabolic product concentrateion and to prevent or treat cerebropathia. CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing and treating cerebropathia contains silk amino acids and tyrosine as an active ingredient. The silk amino acids and tyrosine protect dopaminergic nerve cells and enhance dopamine concentrate. The silk amino acid is an acid hydrolytic products of cocoon or silk protein. The tyrosine is contained in 0.01-50 weight parts based on total 100 weight parts.
