PURPOSE: A wind power generating system is provided to achieve high efficiency because the point where an electromotive force is created by the intersection of a coil and a magnet is deviated from the central portion. CONSTITUTION: A wind power generating system comprises a rotary shaft which is located in the central portion, a blade(120) which is coupled to the rotary shaft and rotates the rotary shaft, a connecting rod(180) which is coupled to the rotary shaft and fitted with a rotor(140) accepting a magnet, and a stator(200) which contains a coil and has a space(210) where the rotor passes through.
