A blast furnace stove comprising the case 16, lining 17, burning chamber 2, air channels of hot and cold blowing, smoke and pass valves, smoke bedstone 7 and smoke stack 8, under-nozzle device 5 and nozzle 4, nozzle blocks 18 of which comprise vertical channels 19, half-channels and quarter-channels of equal radius at that all stated channels are placed in nozzle block on certain distance one from another, at that blocks 18 are stacked in bond as belts and have fixed ledges in the bottom part entering in deepening in the top part of blocks of successive of nozzle row. Vertical channels 19 are provided with horizontal 20 half-channels, placed on the top and the bottom surfaces of everyone nozzle block 18, and located relative to one from another accordingly to interrelation of distance s (wall thickness) between vertical channels 19 and in their diameter d, which is described by expression s = 1.449 d. + , thus diameter of horizontal 20 half-channels dis equal (0.35÷0.65) d, diameter of vertical channels d, and diameter of vertical channels to be within the limits of d= 10÷25, at that s–distance between cylindrical surfaces of next vertical channels, measured on line, which connects centers of their cross sections. |
