PURPOSE: A floating marine structure device is provided to keep a marine structure balanced by blocking the flow of ballast water to the other side ballast tank at an angle over a stable angle. CONSTITUTION: A floating marine structure device comprises a marine structure(10), ballast tanks(30), a pipeline(40), a cone stopper(50), a floating ball, and a mooring line. The marine structure is in the shape of a trigonal pyramid and installed with a lighting device or structure to act as a light tower or milestone. The ballast tank is coupled to each corner of the bottom of the marine structure and filled with ballast water(31) to lower the center of mass of the marine structure. The pipeline is hollow and coupled to the ballast tanks on both ends. The cone stopper is installed in a fitting groove formed in the center of the pipeline and moves from side to side according to the movement of the marine structure in order to control the flow of ballast tank between the two ballast tanks. The floating ball is installed in the upper side of the ballast tank and coupled with each corner of the structure to provide buoyancy. The mooring line is fixed to the bottom of the marine structure and put in the sea in order to anchor the marine structure.
