A device for boring sealing cylindrical grooves for sleeves of engine blocks is made in the form of a moving rolling spline rod 1, which is slide fitted in a central spline hole of cylindrical body 2 with an axial displacement, which lower end is designed as a conical surface 3. On the outside diameter from above the cylindrical body 2 is in interaction with a press sleeve 4 with possibility of relative movement, which from below is rigidly attached by a flange to the upper end of the upper conical centering sleeve 5, which by the outer conic surface is in interaction with the conical surface of lower centering sleeve 6, on the outside cylindrical recess of which a roller bearing 7 is rigidly mounted by its inner diameter. By its outer diameter the roller bearing 7 is installed into the inner diameter of cylindrical bearing body 8, which lower cylindrical end 9 by its outer diameter is in interaction with the internal hole of the cylinder which sealing grooves are to be bored 11. |
