RESONANT PIEZOELECTRIC PLATE

A resonant piezoelectric system comprises acoustically unconnected resonators made on a single piezoelectric plate, performs shear vibration across depth, and has a projection between adjacent resonators; on the first main face a recess is made, axis line of which is united with the longitudinal axis of the piezoelectric plate. On the second main face supplementary recesses are made under the similar angle to the piezoelectric plate longitudinal axis, and two covers. The longitudinal axis on the first main face has constant depth; supplementary recesses on the second main face have different depth under the similar angle to the piezoelectric plate longitudinal axis.
