A film-forming composition for forming on substrates of layers of catalysts of heterogeneous photochemical processes of removal of harmful organic compounds from air comprising titanium alkoxide as a precursor of titanium dioxide, water and alcohol as components of water organic solvent, an organic polymer as a template, nitric acid as a pH regulator and precursor of silver nanoparticles in a solid catalyst layer of photochemical processes. As a precursor of titanium dioxide it comprises titanium tetraizopropoxide, as an alcohol component of water-organic solvent - isopropanol, as a template – triblock copolymer of gross formula CHO, as a precursor of silver nanoparticles in the solid catalyst layer of photochemical processes - silver nanoparticles stabilized by products of biological transformations involving pathogen fuzarium oxisporum and as an inhibitor of hydrolysis process of the precursor of titanium dioxide – acetylacetone at a molar ratio of titanium tetraizopropoxide components: water: isopropanol: triblock copolymer: nitric acid: silver nanoparticles stabilized by biological transformation products with pathogen fuzarium oxisporum (in terms of silver): acetylacetone 1,00:0,11-0,13:22,50-23,50:0,01-0,03:0,38-0,53:0,46-0,54:0,42-0,54. |
