The invention relates to oil-processing and petrochemical industry, in particular to hydraulic cleaning of hydrocarbon fractions from unsaturated and sulfur impurities at processing of solid organic wastes predominantly on the autonomous technological installations. A method for hydraulic cleaning of hydrocarbon fraction from unsaturated and sulfur impurities comprises supply of hydrocarbon fraction and hydrogen-containing gas to the unit of mixing under the pressure of 3.5-4 MPa, heating of the produced liquid-gas mixture in recuperative heat exchangers and pipe furnace to the temperature of 360-380 °C, hydraulic cleaning of hydrocarbon fraction in the mixture with hydrogen-containing gas from unsaturated hydrocarbons in reactor of the first degree of hydrogenation on aluminium-nickel-molybdenum catalyst, cooling of the derived hydrogenation product, further cleaning of hydrogenation product from sulfur impurities in reactor of the second degree of hydrogenation on aluminium-nickel-molybdenum catalyst, cooling of hydrogenation product in recuperative heat exchangers and in refrigerator-condensers, isolation of hydrocarbon fraction from hydrogenation product in high pressure separator, isolation of rich gases from the purified liquid hydrocarbon fraction in low pressure separator, at that a part of liquid hydrocarbon fraction after high-pressure separator is expanded along the line of recirculation for mixing with unrefined hydrocarbon fraction in stream before the mixing unit; at that a part of purified liquid hydrocarbon fraction is removed from recirculation line and supplied for cooling of the formed hydrogenation product after reactor of the first degree of hydrogenation. The volume ratio of unrefined and refined hydrocarbon fractions in liquid-gas mixture is from 1:1 to 1:0.3. |
