Disclosed is a process for the processing of phosphogypsum by ammoniation and carbonization. For the ammoniation and carbonization process used is a process for the treatment of calcium carbonate with ammonium chloride, which is prepared at treatment of ammonium nitrate with sodium chloride. The treatment of calcium carbonate with ammonium chloride is carried out at heating to 350 ºC after separation of ammonia and carbon dioxide it is used for ammoniation and carbonization process, the obtained product is solved by water at temperature of 50-70 ºC, mixed, filtered, the solution is evaporated, and the sediment is dried at 260-270 ºC. |
