PURPOSE: A film alignment device of a high-speed powder packing machine is provided to allow a handle to be operated even during high-speed rotation of a film roll, thereby controlling the transfer state of a film even when the packing machine is in operation. CONSTITUTION: A film alignment device of a high-speed powder packing machine comprises a fixed shaft(110), a first sleeve(131), a second sleeve(132), a moving shaft(120), fixing rings(81,82), a handle(150), a spring(160), and a rotating unit. The fixed shaft is horizontally fixed to a first frame(91) and has male thread(111). The first sleeve is coupled to one end of the fixed shaft and allowed to move. The second sleeve is fastened to the male screw and allowed to rotate and move in the axial direction. The moving shaft is connected to the fixed shaft and coupled with a film reel(20). The moving shaft is supported on the first sleeve and the second sleeve via supported bearings(141,142). The fixing rings are coupled to the moving shaft and support both sides of the film reel to be fixed on the moving shaft. The handle is fixed to the exterior of one end of the second sleeve and contacts an end of the moving shaft. The spring is located between the first frame and the first sleeve and coupled with the fixed shaft. The spring applies an elastic restoring force to the other end of the fixed shaft in order to elastically press the end of the moving shaft to the handle. The rotating unit rotates the moving shaft.
