The invention relates to the rigging of vehicles. An inflatable flying sail is designed as a vertical wing of symmetrical profile from a gas-tight shell and comprises a slinging system with ropes. Some ends of ropes are connected to the towed object. An aerodynamic shell has a porous front surface. The gas-tight shell is filled with a gas, which is lighter than air, and its internal volume is divided at least by one vertical partition. The gas-tight shell is connected to the aerodynamic shell by means of through horizontal shaped membranes. The front edges of the latter in the joints with the porous surface and edges of aerodynamic shell are attached evenly along the surface of the membranes and surface of aerodynamic shell to other ends of ropes of slinging system and to the control unit of the sail. The membranes separate the internal volume of shells into compartments. The gas-tight compartments of shell along horizontal rows are connected by individual hoses to each other and with valves for inlet and outlet of compressed gas. The technical result is to increase the carrying capacity while improving control of a sail. |
