PURPOSE: An ion cluster heating ventilation and cooling system is provided to prevent electric shock due to the scratch which generates when a high voltage line moves with the airflow passing through an air-conditioner to achieve safety. CONSTITUTION: An ion cluster heating ventilation and cooling system includes a controller (C), an air-conditioner(10), a duct(20), an air conditioning system(40), an ion cluster generating unit(50), a high voltage line. The controller includes a high voltage generator. The air-conditioner includes an exhausting part discharging the inhaled air and a suction part inhaling the external air. The duct is connected to the exhausting part of the air-conditioner and supplies the external air which passes through the air-conditioner to an indoor space. The duct is coated with an electrostatic discharge agent. The air-conditioning system includes a diffuser which supplies the external air to the indoor space. The ion cluster generating unit is installed in the air-conditioner and the diffuser. The high voltage line is connected to the high voltage unit installed in the air conditioning system to supply a high voltage to the ion cluster generating unit.
