摘要 The invention relates to methods for changing electrophysical properties of polymeric non-metallic composite materials by low-temperature heat cycling in vacuum and can be used in rocket-and-space technology, spacecraft building and instrument making, as well as in electrical engineering and electronic industry. The method is realized by low-temperature heat cycling that is carried out in vacuum with pressure of residual gases of 10-10Pa and heat cycle parameters:- amplitude +100...-100 °C,- duration 30-90 min,- number of cycles 10-20.The technical result is in substantial change of material structural condition under influence of cyclic light cryogenic vacuum thermal-gradient loads, namely changes of composite polymerization degree, changes in crystalline and amorphous phase ratio, as well as substantial decrease of highly volatile compounds and moisture.
